At Mountain Family Medicine, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. We manage many mental and behavioral health conditions such as depression, PTSD, general anxiety disorder, and may more. For those needing more specialized care we will help you find the right specialist for your needs. 

We believe that healthy living is key. A lot of time that starts with hormone levels. We will provide all the appropriate lab testing to manage your hormonal imbalances and conditions.

Our team of certified physicians and family nurse practitioners have many years of experience managing both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. We will help you find the perfect medication regimen and diet to be your best self. Eligible patients can also be referred for insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring.

If you suspect or have been living with a cardiac condition we can manage that with medication, scheduling appropriate diagnostic testing, or getting you in with a great cardiologist in our area.  

We provide basic pulmonary care for common conditions such as COPD, Asthma,  Chronic Bronchitis  and more. We can provide orders for oxygen, nebulizers, CPAPs, etc. We also work with a great network of pulmonologists for those who need more specialized care.
